More Sad News

Alaina Reed Hall, the actress best known for playing Olivia on Sesame Street and for her role on the sitcom 227, passed away last week. She had battling breast cancer for a long time. She was sixty-three.

It's been a while since we've checked-in with Sesame Street, but Olivia will always be a friendly face we'll remember from our childhood. Not to mention the fact that she was quite a talent. Check her out singing with George Benson here.

And even though 227 is usually remembered for Jackee, she was always wonderful on that show too. We'll miss you, friend.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
