Damn, the Christmas into New Year season is a popular time to put up or shut up.

While Kelly Rutherford, Patricia Arquette and Jennifer Love Hewitt are getting divorced and calling off engagements, Zooey Deschanel, ANTM’s Eva Pigford and, now, Alyssa Milano, had their man put a ring on it.

Milano, 36, got engaged to David Bugliari, an agent at the Creative Arts Agency who she’s been dating for over a year. She split from her first husband, Cinjun Tate, in 1999.

No wedding date has been set.
