Balthazar Getty Announces Split From Wife...No Duh

After cavorting all over Italy with Sienna SuperSlut Miller, Brothers and Sisters star Balthazar Getty, 33, has publicly announced his split from his wife in this statement:

"The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved. In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further."

Now he releases a statement? Dude, you’re a day late and a dollar short. According to friend’s of his soon-to-be ex wife, his public affair is “humiliating…Rosetta left the country to protect the kids, and he continues to see Sienna publicly.”
