If you needed further proof that our president is a black man with style, this year’s White House Easter festivities included way more than the traditional lawn egg roll.
There was a double-dutch performance, a step team and music by both Ziggy Marley and Fergie.
Ziggy?
At the White House?
Hell yeah, Obama inhaled. And that’s why he’s bitchin’.
Fergie was actually invited by the First Daughters, Sasha and Malia, who requested her song “Glamorous.”
Of course, since it’s the White House, the song had to be cleaned up and made into the G-rated version, which meant toning down lines like “If you ain’t got no money, take your broke ass home.”
But no one told that to Sasha and Malia, who were rocking out during Fergie’s set, singing along and belting out the verboten lyrics while Michelle tried to demurely restrain them, sayingm “Girls, girls” and hoping that the hundreds of cameras at the event didn’t capture her seven and ten year olds mouthing “broke ass.”
Next year we want to see Barack on stage asking, “Who let the dogs out?”
