Charlie Sheen Spends Christmas in the Slammer

The star of Two and a Half Men spent his holiday being charged with two and a half felonies.

Charlie Sheen was arrested on Christmas Day in Colorado after his wife, Brooke Mueller, called 911. He was booked for investigation of second-degree assault and menacing, felonies, and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was released yesterday on an $8,500 bond.

Brooke has allegedly recanted her claims of domestic violence and both individuals were given blood-alcohol tests, with Brooke registering a .13 and Charlie registering a .04. The investigation is still on-going and Charlie is due in court on February 8.

Someone should remind these two that you're supposed to fill yourself with the spirit of Christmas, not the Christmas spirits.
