A sorry ass!
Chris Brown has apologized for beating his ex-girlfriend Rihanna in a video statement.
The 20-year-old singer released the two-minute video on his website on Monday admitting to fans he is sad and ashamed of his conduct.
Speaking directly to camera, Brown said he has apologized to Rihanna a number of times.
"I've told Rihanna countless times and I'm telling you today – I'm truly, truly sorry that I wasn't able to handle the situation both differently and better," Brown said.
Brown's explanation that he wanted to set the record straight and his expression of his "deepest regret over the fight that happened in February" and acceptance of "full responsibility" rings hollow.
Maybe he should have thought about that before he beat his girlfriend against the car windshield and left bite marks on her body.
"I will live my life so I am truly worthy of the word role model, thank you," Brown promised.
Last month, Brown pleaded guilty to one count of felony assault. The singer will attend anger-management courses, seek therapy and perform community labor as a result of his plea deal.
We don’t care what anyone says, Chris Brown is scum.
