Trace Cyrus and Demi Lovato: Dating?!

This is a bit unsettling.

Demi Lovato (Camp Rock) and Trace Cyrus (Metro Station, Miley’s brother) are heating up the Disney rumor mill. Word on the street is that a romance may be developing between the 16-year-old singer/actress and the 20-year-old rock singer.

A few things are already wrong with this picture: 1. Age difference. She is underage! Granted, that didn't stop Miley and Justin Gaston. 2. He is Miley’s brother. Demi and Miley are good friends. Weird. 3. He is a fugly, emaciated-looking doucheface. Case closed.

But we digress. Onto the details:

Demi dished to Twist about Trace: "People don't realize that he is really, really cool. And he is one of my good friends. I think we get along really well because he's someone who I can really talk to about a lot of stuff. We've both been through a lot."

Honey, five years from now you will find nothing “really, really cool” about this guy, promise.

So why all the fuss? Trace and Demi have been flirting on Twitter (twirting?) for the last two weeks. Here is a riveting excerpt:

T-I'm happy too! except for you being on the other side of the world!! hope you love the bahamas!

D- What!? that's not fiar Mr. I'm gonna up and leave for Japan! Haha but yes, i love it here...:D

T-You should of kidnapped me the night before i had to leave!

D-I tried remember?! Haha :P

T-HaHa. Next time just steal my passport from me so i'm forced to stay! I like that idea.

D-I like that idea too... I mean i like the idea of you coming back in general... But hey..

T-HaHa it's 3:30 in Japan & im still awake. but I blame you! cause I cat get u off my mind! I'm forcing you to sleep NOW! night <3

What sort of shenanigans are these two up to? They were writing on Twitter. Both have thousands of followers. Attention seeking at its most pathetic form, is our guess. But who knows, maybe there really is something brewing up.

Kids these days!

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
