Blake Lively's Daddy Issues

We think the Gossip Girl writers should definitely listen to their stars on this one.

Blake Lively has admitted she would like Brad Pitt to play her on-screen dad.

As our fellow GG-addicts know, in last season's finale, Serena was seen heading to Fiji to find her father and there have been rumors that he will be making an appearance next season.

When asked who she would like to play her dad, Blake said: "Brad Pitt. Or maybe [he should be cast] as my new boyfriend."

Connor Paolo, who plays Eric, added: "We've been asking since day one who daddy dearest is, so it'll be good to find out. I'd say Christopher Walken could make a great dad. I think he'd be a great papa van der Woodsen. I think [his and Lily's] dynamic would be awesome. I'll push that one. Or maybe Jack Nicholson."

Which hot papa would you like to see as the newest resident of the Upper-East Side?

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together.
