Guess Who: Heroin Not-So-Chic Edition

Who’s the washed out, shockingly skinny blonde who could be in the middle of heroin nod she looks so out of it?

It’s 15-year-old Taylor Momsen of Gossip Girl.

Taylor, who plays Jenny Humphrey on the show, arrived at Conde Nast’s 2008 Fashion Rocks event at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Friday with new bangs, a pallid complexion and a waifish appearance.

We’re getting worried about these girls. The 90210 crew already look like they subsist on a diet of yayo, coffee and cigarettes and their show is just getting started which means the pressure will only increase and now, seeing Taylor looking so Courtney Love-ish, the Gossip girls might not be doing much better.

Hollywood is a tough place for women. We need more women like Sara Rue, America Ferrera and Chandra Wilson. Young girls need role models and they look to what’s readily in front of them on TV. Studio executives and the show’s producers need to start taking action and responsibility and let these girls eat a meal or three. To allow girls and women on screen looking like this is horrendously irresponsible.
