Nicolas Cage Will Get By with a Little Help from Johnny Depp

It's nice to have friends in high tax brackets.

Johnny Depp has reportedly offered to help Nicolas Cage out with his current financial troubles because Cage helped to get Depp his first big role back when he was just a struggling musician.

“Johnny called Nic and basically told him not to worry and he’d help him and sort everything out,” a mutual friend apparently told the UK's Daily Express. “Johnny feels he owes his career to Nic and now wants to repay him – if Nic agrees.”

Who needs sound financial decisions when you've got karma points working in your favor?

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
