Kelsey Grammer Hospitalized

Just a month after suffering a near fatal heart attack, Kelsey Grammer has been hospitalized in New York.

The Frasier star decided to seek attention after feeling faint.

The 53-year-old former Frasier star has been very open about his cardiac arrest and the moment his heart stopped.

“They had to blast me twice,” Grammer said, “and get me started all over again. I did think, ‘Oh gosh, I have got to hang on. I've got too much junk I've got to take care of. I've got to take care of the family.’”  (From what we hear, his family will be just fine for generations to come. Grammer’s made several hundred million…yes, million…from Frasier and Cheers.)

Grammer is currently promoting his new movie Swing Vote. When asked how he was feeling at last week’s press junket, he said he was doing extremely well and joked his heart attack was brought on by the cancellation of Back to You. “I was NOT happy about that,” he said.
