Lindsay and Dina Lohan Fight Back Against Michael

The world's most dysfunctional family is at it again.

Lindsay and Dina Lohan are fighting back against Michael Lohan's attempts to take control of Lindsay's life (a la Britney and Jamie Spears) by talking to the press and threatening legal action.

The pair have already filed for a restraining order and are considering further legal action against Michael.

"He is hurting Lindsay. It breaks my heart," Dina told Page Six. "She's like, 'Mommy, when is he ever going to stop?' He is also six months behind in his child support. On Monday, we will file a violation order, and if he doesn't pay, he'll go to jail."

Sigh. You know you're out of control when your behavior makes Dina Lohan look almost rational and functional by comparison.
