Lindsay Lohan’s Paparazzi Scuffle

Lindsay Lohan got into it with a photographer outside New York’s Bowery Hotel last night after accusing him of tripping her.

Lindsay arrived at the hotel from the airport and discovered a throng of paps outside snapping shots of partygoers arriving for Marc Anthony's 40th birthday. Lohan walked into the wrong door, entering the party, turned around and tried to find the right entrance when she tripped on a barricade. Thinking it had been done intentionally; Lindsay reportedly hit a pap with her purse and tried to punch him in the nose. The star, who was talking to a friend on her cellphone, was then overheard saying, “Oh my God! I just hit a paparazzi!”

From the looks of this photo, he was the one starting trouble. The police were called but no charges were filed.
