Meg Ryan is finally speaking openly about her divorce from Dennis Quaid and how it felt being largely branded a hussy for hooking up with Russell Crowe in the midst of her personal turmoil.

“Dennis was not faithful to me for a very long time,” Ryan tells In Style Magazine in October’s issue, “and that was very painful. I found out more about that after I was divorced.”

Ryan was blamed for the break-up of the marriage after appearing to have a torrid on-set romance with her co-star Russell Crowe, but she insists the tabloid scandal wasn't what it appeared to be and Crowe took too much blame.

She adds, “I think he took a big hit, but Russell didn’t break up the marriage. He was definitely there at the end, but it wasn’t his fault. I was a mess. I hurt him too at the end. I couldn’t be in another long relationship, it wasn’t the time for that. So I got out."

The fallout from her affair ripped the title “America’s Sweetheart” from her chest and replaced it with a scarlet "A," something she appreciates in retrospect, eight years later. “My time as a scarlet woman was really interesting. As painful as it was, it was also incredibly liberating. I didn’t have to care about what people thought.”

There are always three sides to every story: Yours, theirs and the truth.

To promote his new film Yes Man, Jim Carrey appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman last night to deliver a Top Ten List of things he'll always say yes to (and did a way better job than Tom Cruise the night before). Who wouldn't say yes to bath time with Larry King?

How the hell do they expect us to wait until May 1st, 2009 when they release a trailer this bitchin' now? Those dirty teases. Though the glimpse of RyRy Reynolds' Deadpool is brief, it's mighty enjoyable, as is the prospect of two hours with Friday Night Lights' Taylor Kitsch as Gambit, Liev Schrieber as Sabretooth and, of course, Hugh Jack-ed up Jackman as Wolverine. This movie looks aaaaawesome!
