Nick Hogan Sentenced to Eight Months in Jail

May 8, 2008 at 10:00pm PST

TMZ is reporting that Hulk Hogan's son Nick threw himself at the mercy of the judge today in Tampa in his felony reckless driving case. He was sentenced to eight months in jail, five years probation, 500 hours community service, and the judge yanked his license for three years.

On August 26th, 2007, Nick crashed his 1998 Toyota Supra while street racing in Miami.

Hogan, 17, was wearing a seat belt and was not seriously injured.

His passenger, a 22-year-old Marine who served in Iraq, was not wearing a seatbelt and suffered critical injuries, including serious head wounds that left him in a semiconscious state. His family says he will require medical care for the rest of his life, and, according to an attorney, will seek millions of dollars in damages.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
