As Hollywood continues to reverberate with the sadness of Paul Newman’s passing on Saturday from cancer, his co-stars and fans continue to speak out in his honor.

Newman's Cat on a Hot Tin Roof co-star Elizabeth Taylor issued a rare public statement following his death.

She said, "He was purity of heart. Working with him was such a joy. Knowing him, being his friend, was as golden as the sunset and a privilege I'll never forget."

Sally Field, who co-starred with Newman in Absence of Malice heaped praise on Paul saying, "Sometimes God makes perfect people and Paul Newman was one of them."

Leonardo DiCaprio was asked about Newman’s passing during interviews for his new film Body of Lies and he said "He is the benchmark of what you want to become as a professional in this industry; he led a normal life, he did great work. His philanthropic work, beyond being an actor... has a legacy that's going to live on."

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
