Ryan Gosling, The Green Latern?

Ryan Gosling may be stepping out of his beloved indie darling shoes and pulling an Ed Norton/Robert Downey Jr.

Gosling is reportedly in talks to star as the Hal Jordan/Green Lantern in the comic adaptation.

That’s a far cry from Lars and the Real Girl. If he does take the role, that means he’d have to get swoll! Do you remember how fine he was in latter parts of The Notebook when he was a buffed up, row-boating sexpot? Let’s get back to that, shall we?
