Sarah Jessica Parker and the Sex Parade

May 7, 2008 at 10:00pm PST

As we count down the days until the Sex and the City movie finally hits theaters (22 and counting) star Sarah Jessica Parker continues making the rounds to promote the film. She sat down with Parade Magazine and served up some fierce photos.

Here's the only thing...

After years of claiming she was anti-plastic surgery/botox, are we the only ones who notice that SJP looks like she's had some...ehh hem..."freshening" done lately? She did NOT look this good when SATC went off the air in 2004.

We're thinking a chemical peel and some botox, nothing slicey and dicey but definitely a few trips to the dermatologists office.

Check out the behind the scenes photos and tell us if you agree.

On the women of SATC this time around: "Carrie and Charlotte and Miranda and Samantha aren't young anymore. Their lives are much less frivolous. They can't cope with their problems by putting on their sweats and staying up all night and ordering in food and gossiping about the men in their lives. There is less self-absorption but perhaps a little more self-awareness."

On hand-me-downs for her son, James Wilke: "He only wears hand-me-downs because I've got all these older nephews. That's the God's honest truth. Plus, my mother saved all my brothers' clothes. I am not kidding. I don't think I've ever bought him any clothes. Maybe a new winter coat. I do buy him shoes, because everybody's feet are different."

On her parental duties: "I put him to bed every night. I get him dressed. I'm the one who gives him his toothbrush. I take him to school every morning. He's very small, but his personality is 6 feet 4. I'm spending the whole summer with him out at our beach house."

On growing old with husband, Matthew Broderick:
"I don't see any way out of it for him," she jokes. "Poor fellow."

Parade interviewed the entire SATC cast (except Kristin Davis).

A few things we didn't know:

Kim Cattrall on Samantha: "She says things I would NEVER say! That's what I love about her, she's a fearless personality."

Cynthia Nixon doesn't really need those trademark stiletto heels: She's 5'10½.

Chris Noth's idea of a romance involves love letters and poetry not flowers and chocolates.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
