Simon misses Paula

Paula Adbul might be plotting to take American Idol down, but Simon Cowell still misses her. He says, "I miss her, of course," and that the show is just different without her.

Kara DioGuardi was added as the fourth Idol judge last season and continues on this season. The show always said that they weren't replacing Abdul with her, but it sort of looks like that's exactly what they did from where we're standing.

It's the chemistry between Cowell, DioGuardi, and Randy Jackson that's different now, he says, and in a way that only Simon Cowell could: "It's like comparing a carrot to a banana."

Uh, right.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together.
