Beverly Hills Hotel
Friday Night: Prince walking into the lobby of the Beverly Hills Hotel around 12:30am with a leggy stunner about a foot taller than him. Looks like he really is straight. Prince is such a PIMP!

Saturday Evening: Injured soccer star Christiano Ronaldo hobbling around on crutches just after 6pm, fully decked in Ed Hardy, jeans and a leather jacket with hair so greasy we might start calling him the Exxon Valdez. He looked super Euro-Trashy.

Saturday Night: Leo DiCaprio making his way into The Polo Lounge at 8pm. HOT!

Square One Restaurant
Sunday Afternoon: Soon-to-be-megastar Chris Pine (aka the new William Shatner/Captain Kirk in JJ Abrams’ 2009 Star Trek movie) who reminds us quite a bit of a young Brad Pitt, hanging with his lizady and tipping a pre-teen guitar player outside the restaurant while waiting for his car at 2:30pm.

Sunday Afternoon: Newly single Justin Long and two short, kinda dorky male friends arriving just before the restaurant’s 3pm closing time.

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
