Kirstie Alley has tackled her weight on television before, but only on the scripted show, Fat Actress. She's decided to take another stab at it on a new reality show on A&E.

The show will be about her life as a single mom in Hollywood, and her struggle with weight gain. It will air sometime next year.

A&E has picked up a new series starring MC Hammer.

As in it’s Hammer, go Hammer, MC Hammer, yo Hammer and the rest can go and play, can’t touch this.

Hammer, his wife and five kids will star in the half-hour, 11-episode reality series.

The show is tentatively titled Hammertime.

Executive producer J.D. Roth said the show is meant to be like an unscripted version of the Huxtable family from The Cosby Show.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
