Katie Holmes arrived at the Independent Feature Project's 30th Year Celebration at the Cooper Square Hotel in New York City on Sunday in an Alexander McQueen silk halter top and pants and Givenchy heels.

It should have worked.

But it didn’t.

Katie’s style has become so blah, it’s visual Ambien.

Come on, girl, you’ve got all of Maverick’s Risky Business money to spend and you show up in a black satin keyhole halter and schlumpy oversized pants without so much as a dangly earring?

Booo.

Yeesh!

British “model” Lily Cole looks to’ up from the flo’ up at a Louis Vuitton sponsored dinner, hosted at the Serpentine Gallery in London on Tuesday.

Cole, a favorite of designers like Chanel, Christian Lacroix and Alexander McQueen, was bringing the ugly from head to toe.

The Sunday School white Mary Janes over lacey socks creeping up a pair of sickeningly twiggy legs only to be met but a tuxedo shirt dress gone wrong were just the beginning of the All-Around Badness she’s got going on.

Yuck.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
