We are!
Author Bret Easton Ellis has announced he’s working on a sequel to his iconic 80s novel turned cult classic film Less Than Zero. The book, titled Imperial Bedrooms, is expected to be released in May 2010 and Bret says he’d like to see a reunited cast in a second film adaptation.
Brittany Snow is officially getting some company on the credits of the up-coming Gossip Girl spin-off.
Andrew McCarthy, who starred in Pretty in Pink and St. Elmo's Fire in the 80s as part of the Brat Pack and most recently was seen on NBC's Lipstick Jungle, has signed on to play young Lily Rhodes' (before she was a van der Woodsen) father, Rick, a music company executive.
NBC has cancelled the Christian Slater-vehicle My Own Worst Enemy and Candace Bushnell’s Lipstick Jungle due to poor ratings.
Oh, Robert Buckley, you can cry on our shoulder!
Someone is gonna die in season two of Lipstick Jungle. The cast was seen filming a funeral scene on New York’s Upper East Side this afternoon.
We’ll bet it’s either Kim Raver’s neglectful, philandering husband, who barely survived a heart attack at the end of season one, or billionaire Joe Bennett, played by 80’s icon Andrew McCarthy.
Lindsay Price and Brooke Shields were seen hanging around the set dressed in funeral black as was our loverboy, Robert Buckley.
He looks like a Kennedy in this shot!!!
