We HATE the new Zac Efron/Vanessa Hudgens Sleeping Beauty Disney ad.

Really, Annie Leibovitz? Really?

We saw the photo last week and tried to convince ourselves it was a photoshopped fake, some crappy fan art that was slapped together, but the sad truth is, that’s the real photo…and it sucks.

The shot, titled “Where Romance Is Celebrated,” is part of Disney’s “What Will You Celebrate?” ad campaign.

Not this ad.

Why so tacky romance novel cover???

Just when they think they’re out, the Mouse pulls them back in again.

Their High School days may be behind them, but Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens are still Disney sweethearts.

The couple has been shot by Annie Leibovitz for the Disney Dream Portrait series that’s included Julianne Moore as the Little Mermaid (and Michael Phelps as her merman), Jessica Biel as Pocahontas and David Beckham as Prince Phillip.

Zac-y Pooh will be Prince Phillip 2.0 and Vanessa will be Princess Aurora from the Disney classic Sleeping Beauty.

Annie Leibovitz ain’t got nothin’ on this.

Let us preface by saying we thought the Miley Cyrus controversy was retarded and totally blown out of proportion, but we’re guessing parents are going to be pissed when this photo hits the web and they see Disney darling Miley was trying on a top at Royal Dutchess in LA and showed off a lot of her pound cake (aka: sideboob).

Before the puritanical onslaught begins, everyone needs to take a nice, deep, cleansing breath and chillax.
