Arrested Development

Keri Russell is possibly coming back to television. And it gets better. She would be teaming up with Will Arnett for a sitcom by the creator of Arrested Development.

We're all in.

In Wilde Kingdom, Arnett would play a Bevery Hills playboy who falls for a humanitarian played by Russell. We imagine it will follow the same style as Arrested Development, which would be awesome.

Roseanne Barr is planning a return to TV, 12 years after her hit ABC show, Roseanne, left that air.

Barr has been on the radio and performing stand-up comedy since Roseanne finished its nine year run in 1997.

The comedienne has teamed with Caryn Mandabach, a producer from her original show, and Jim Vallely, a writer for Arrested Development, to create a new comedy show for Fox with Roseanne once again playing the matriarch of a family.

Roseanne meets Arrested Development? We're so there.

Either Will Arnett is messing with us, or he’s returning to TV, three years after Arrested Development went off the air, in the first comedy thriller.

Will told the New York Daily News he’s working on the new pilot with Arrested Development creator, Mitch Hurwitz.

He says, “Mitch and I are developing a new show for Fox. It’s a comedy thriller, a thrill a second. God, I hope people don’t think it’s terrible.”

What is that?

Like Clue?

Sweet news!

Michael Cera finally got off his high horse and has signed on to the Arrested Development movie.

That means, it is arrested no longer.

The entire cast is on board, Fox Searchlight is backing the project, Mitchell Hurwitz is writing the script and Ron Howard is slated to direct the film which could begin production by the end of this year.

The ever adorable Michael Cera (Superbad, Arrested Development, Juno) and Kat Dennings (The 40-Year-Old Virgin) greet fans at Much Music in Toronto where they’re promoting their new movie Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist during the 2008 Toronto International Film Festival.

The film stars Michael and Kat as two people thrust together for one long, sleepless night of musical adventure through New York City as they hunt to find a legendary band’s secret show.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
