Another day, another Miley Cyrus scandal.

Billy Ray Cyrus has defended his daughter's decision to dance on a pole as part of her Teen Choice Awards performance of "Party in the USA" earlier this month, a move which has caused a lot of controversy among fans and their parents.

Oh no, say it ain't so! What will all the tween girls do?

The Disney series, Hannah Montana, which launched Miley Cyrus’ stardom, will end in 2010.

Billy Ray Cyrus recently revealed to Access Hollywood that the upcoming fourth season of the show will be its last. It will consist of 11 episodes and a one-hour long season finale

On The Bonnie Hunt Show today, Billy Ray Cyrus responded to Jamie Foxx’s out of line comments and subsequent half-assed apology to his daughter, Miley. 

On his never-before-heard-of Sirius radio show, The Foxxhole, Jamie, 41 and father to a 14-year-old girl, said the16-year-old Hannah Montana star needed to, “Make a sex tape…get a gum transplant…and do some heroin.”

Foxx then turned around and told Jay Leno, “I didn’t mean it maliciously. You know I’m a comedian.”

Does it really matter if this movie is good or bad?

It’s Hannah Montana and if you already know the finer plot points of Miley Cyrus’ teen-by-day/popstar-by-night Disney Channel sensation, no review is keeping you from the theater no matter how subpar the filmmaking might be.

That’s not to say Hannah Montana: The Movie is terrible; it’s just not a cinematic achievement.

Last night Miley and her dad Billy Ray Cyrus arrived at the Hannah Montana: The Movie premiere at the El Capitan in Hollywood.

No, this isn’t the most flattering picture of Miley, but it absolutely melted our heart.

What people seem to forget, and this photo reminded us of, is that Miley’s just a 16-year-old girl growing up in the middle of the celebrity maelstrom.

Before the premiere, Miley was interviewed by Ryan Seacrest on his radio show yesterday and she was very candid, saying in ten years she want to be “a soccer mom slash Posh Spice.”

Disney's Miley Cyrus wants everyone to know that her relationship with her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, is complex, but not in an Electra complex sort of way.

The Hannah Montana star addressed talk that she and her country music star father are a little too close for comfort in her upcoming(Seriously? She's 16! That should only be enough for the preface to a memoir.), Miles to Go.

Miley Cyrus and her 20-year-old underwear model boyfriend Justin Gaston must be taking things to the next level.

They were spotted leaving the Montrose Church on Crescenta Valley on Sunday with Miley’s mom and dad, Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus.

We wonder if they were all praying for Miley’s salvation, since you know that Hannah Montana ass is getting’ down with Justin like it’s her job.

And, yes, we do mean “in the biblical” sense. And not the church kind. 

Granted, her birthday isn’t until November 23rd, but when you’re Hannah Montana you get to do whatever the hell you want.

Miley Cyrus kicked off her birthday celebration over a month early with a massive party at Disneyland. (Apparently, the early shindig was both to accommodate Miley’s schedule and to beat the annual holiday decorating at the theme park.)

Disneyland closed early for the 5,000 people who spent $250 each for a chance to take part in the “Miley's Sweet 16: Share the Celebration” party that lasted until 11pm. (So late on a school night?)

Apparently, Miley Cyrus’ dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, the host of the country singing reality show, thought the same thing and decided to hook his daughter up with some goodlovin’.

Meet underwear model and aspiring-singer Justin Gaston who is rumored to be Miley’s new boyfriend. The 20-year-old hunk has been spotted all over LA with the 15-year-old Hannah Montana megastar including a trip to church together.
