R&B Singer Brandy has settled a civil suit filed by one of the survivors of her multi-car car crash in 2006.

The settlement was reached with Mallory Ham, 52, who sustained lacerations to her face and a broken nose, has settled for an undisclosed sum with Brandy's insurance company.

Brandy, 30, was driving on the Los Angeles 405 freeway when her Land Rover was in collision with a Toyota Corolla driven by Awatef Aboudihaj, a 38-year-old wife and mother-of-two, who died in the accident.

Police decided not to press charges on any party due to insufficient evidence.

World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
