That’s right, ho, shut yo’ mouth!

In the bitter battle between Rob Lowe and his former nanny, Laura Boyce, the Brothers & Sisters star took a large step toward victory yesterday.

Lowe sued Boyce for allegedly violating the confidentiality agreement she signed when she started doing things like going on national television and claiming the Lowes walked around naked in front of her and asked about her sex life when filing her inital lawsuit, all claims Lowe denies.

Last night’s SAG Awards were less than thrilling but there were a few Oh Snap moments.

We hear Paris Hilton just got to town (gag), which probably means that somewhere a booth is being danced on (poor booth) or someone is knocking on the back door of the Paris Hilton to see if they have any vacancy tonight (don’t they always?).

On our way down Main Street however we did catch a fleeting glimpse of Dave Annable of Brothers & Sisters, whose bus we’ve gotten off of ever since he started dating talent-free-zone Odette Yustman, and Gael Garcia Bernal, who is so wee he’s practically a hobbit.

We knew it!

First she was looking a little chunkier on Brothers and Sisters and then she showed up wearing a tent to the Golden Globes.

Rachel Griffiths has announced she is pregnant with her third child.

Griffiths, 40, and her husband, Andrew Taylor, already have 3-year-old daughter Adelaide Rose and 5-year-old son Banjo Patrick.

Neither the sex nor the due date has been revealed yet.

Congratulations.

Who cares if Balthazar Getty is in or out, we just heard the most exciting Brothers and Sisters news in weeks!

Jason Lewis is returning to the show for at least one episode as Chad, the closeted smokeshow actor Kevin (Matthew Rhys) was having a torrid secret affair with in the first season, way before he married Scotty.

Supposedly the exes reconnect at a bar and “one thing leads to another.”

What does that mean????

Balthazar Getty wants everyone to know he’s not getting the boot from Brothers and Sisters and his castmates still love him like a brother. 

Uh, huh. Yeah, buddy, sell that to someone who’s buyin’.

Word on the street is, ever since Balthazar hooked up with stankho Sienna Miller, he’s done an outstanding job of alienating the show’s cast and crew.

We believe it. We can’t stand him anymore and we have the luxury of not having him in our face all day everyday.

Balthazar Getty has taken his favorite disease-riddled whore to Mexico for the New Year.

Wow.

Homeboy just does not care about anything but her anymore.

He’s about to get fired from Brothers and Sisters because he’s estranged the entire cast and crew, his wife is who-knows-where and his four children are virtually fatherless.

What an a-hole. 

We’re hearing rumblings all over the place that Balthazar Getty will soon be leaving Brothers and Sisters.

The question is: Is he leaving by choice or because the producers don’t want him back?

Things have been strained on the set ever since Getty took up with heinous whore Sienna Miller, who his TV brother, Matthew Rhys, dated briefly, and left his wife and four kids, who his co-stars had become close with. He’s also been showing up late and has been becoming more and more difficult to work with. We guess Sienna’s asshole-ishness is rubbing off on him.

Ewwwww.

We have always loathed Odette Yustman.

The only thing more nauseating than the camera work in Cloverfield was her acting and she practically ruined every scene she was in on October Road.

But now our distain has been kicked up a notch as we see these shots of Brothers and Sisters hottie Dave Annable taking photos of her like an amateur paparazzo on the arrivals line at the Spike TV Video Game Awards in Los Angeles last night.

Just when we decide we hate him, Balthazar Getty opens up about something so personal and intense, our heart begins to melt and we wonder if we’ve got him all wrong.

In the latest issue of TV Guide, Getty admits it wasn’t much of a stretch for him to play the anxious father of a sick infant as he does in next Sunday’s episode of Brothers and Sisters.  He just thought about his own harrowing memories of his daughter Grace’s fight for life.
