Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves have welcomed a baby girl into the world. Mama, Papa, and baby are doing well, according to McConaughey's brother, ahem, Rooster.

The couple already have an eighteen-month boy named Levi.

While promoting his new film Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, Matthew McConaughey has had to field a lot of questions about his girlfriend of the present, his baby mama Camila Alves, and why the two of them aren’t married.

When asked what the future might hold for the two of them, Matthew smiled and said, “Am I getting married in the future? Not today. I don’t have any plans for it.

Matthew McConaughey’s baby mama, former Victoria’s Secret model Camila Alves, has gotten a job. 

She’s been tapped to host the third season of Bravo’s Shear Genius, a show were hairdressers go scissor-to-scissor to see who’s the best in the land.

He writes "Levi is another name for the apostle Matthew in the Bible…they were, in fact, two names for the same person. Our son was born at 6:22 pm and this particular 'time' represents my favorite verse in the book of Matthew in the Bible: 'If thy eye be single, thy whole body will be full of light.'"
