Yesterday Tiger Woods was involved in a serious car accident outside his home around 2:25 AM.

The Florida Highway Patrol reported that he pulled out of his driveway, struck a fire hydrant, and then drove into a tree at his neighbor's property. He was transported to the hospital and treated for facial lacerations.

Nicole Richie was involved in a car accident today and it actually wasn't her fault, if you can believe it.

We know. She's a married woman now, a mother, and her wild days are behind her. Today she was rear-ended by a photographer who was driving without a license.

The photograher was arrested at the scene and Richie complained of pain, but didn't call an ambulence. Hopefully she's doing all right tonight!

That's what the police were trying to determine when they arrived at the country singer and actress' home on Thursday evening.

Apparently, after spending the day on a golf course with her not-so-undercover lover, Eddie Cibrian, Rimes rear-ended another car, causing minor damage. What wasn't clear is whether she talked to the other driver or just drove off.
