You know Catherine Hardwicke is BUMMED!

It has been announced that the Twilight director will not be returning to the franchise she helped launch. Despite her intense desire to direct New Moon, the second story in the Twilight series, Hardwicke will be replaced by a yet unnamed director.

We already assume that if you are a fan of the Twilight series, nothing we say here will deter you from seeing the film and relishing every moment. We respect that.

However, if you are not a 12-17-year-old girl who voraciously devoured Stephanie Meyer’s four-part epic of teenage vampire love, be warned!

Twilight, opening today, is one of the worst film’s we’ve seen all year, a fact the filmmakers obviously realized since reviews were forbidden until today; they didn’t want word spreading about the dog they have on their hands.

Preparing to play a vampire presented all sorts of challenges for Twilight star Robert Pattinson, including playing an American and conquering our pastime, baseball.

“I never really thought of him as American,” Pattinson reveals. “I’m not playing, like, The Jock which is typically American and you have to know things about American culture. You don’t have to do any hand signs or anything. I don’t know what any of those are. Or little handshakes,” he laughs as he pantomimes some sort of odd gang sign.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
