The 20-year-old hot-tempered singer was sentenced to five years probation and 180 days community labor for beating and choking his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna.

Rapper Coolio will soon be taking a Fantastic Voyage to rehab.

The Grammy Award-winning singer, born Artis Leon Ivey, Jr., pled guilty to cocaine possession in an LA court yesterday afternoon. He avoided a prison sentence by agreeing to enter a rehabilitation facility for 18 months.

We hope for Coolio's sake that rehab turns out to be a Gangsta's Paradise.

Rihanna is expected to take the stand at Chris Brown’s preliminary hearing on Monday, but you won’t see it.

A Los Angeles judge ruled that the proceedings will not be televised.

Not like we don’t already know that he is guilty – allegedly – of punching and choking his then girlfriend, Rihanna, during an altercation the couple had in February.

Rihanna and Chris Brown will finally come face-to-face...in a courtroom.

The judge in the case concerning Brown's alleged beating of his then girlfriend has set June 22 as the date for his preliminary hearing and Rihanna has been called to testify at that time. Her attorney has confirmed she will be present.

The hearing is meant to decide if there is enough evidence in the case to warrant continuing the proceedings.

Even as Lindsay Lohan seems to moving towards slowly getting some semblance of a functional life back, her father, bat-guano insane Michael Lohan, is in trouble with the law once again.

Michael, whom Lindsay has previously considered getting a restraining order against, was arrested in the beginning of April for threatening to kill his fiance and himself if she broke up with him. He appeared in a New York court yesterday to answer to those charges.

This…is…HOLLYWOOD!

According to court documents, Gerry got into a tousle with a paparazzo outside the premiere party for Guy Ritchie's film RocknRolla at Crown Bar in Hollywood. He is accused of attacking the photog and punching him in the mouth.

Representatives for the actor insist the photographer was stalking the star.

Brady Green, the 38-year-old man accused of stalking Tara Banks, was convicted of stalking, harassment, criminal trespass and attempted aggravated harassment on Thursday morning in Manhattan’s criminal court.

Although the crimes carried a maximum sentence of 90 days, the judge instead instructed Green’s attorney to, “Put Mr. Green in a location where he can thrive. And that location is not likely to be the city of New York.”

That’s it?

That’s all he gets?

That’s not even a slap on the wrist, that’s just a joke.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
