It's great to have friends, right? Earlier this year Courteney Cox showed up on Lisa Kudrow's online show Web Therapy, and now she's returning the favor on Cougar Town.

Cox says: "If it all works out, she’ll play a dermatologist that my character can’t stop going to even though the doctor is mean to me."

Courteney Cox Arquette, 45, and husband David Arquette, 37, may be hoping to add fuel to their romance after signing up for a fourth version of the cult slasher flick Scream.

"I fell in love with my wife on Scream. It's just going to be really fun," David said.

"Kevin [Williamson, the screenwriter] has sort of put out the broad strokes but I don't think I'm at liberty to share any of that," he said of the plot.

Courteney Cox and husband David Arquette are reportedly planning to adopt after having no success with IVF for a second child.

The couple conceived their daughter Coco, 5, through IVF and reportedly tried again this year but had no success.

An unidentified source said: "It's been a tough ride already. They've said they'll do 'whatever it takes' to have another child and have started looking seriously at adoption. Courteney always wanted loads of children, but after fighting so hard to have Coco, she and David had to face facts."

Someone’s got a man to kiss at midnight tonight!

Jennifer Aniston has had plenty of third wheel holidays with her best Friend Courteney Cox Arquette, her husband David Arquette and their daughter Coco ever since Brad Pitt dumped her for Angelina Jolie. She even spent Christmas Eve with the Cox-Arquette family at Mastro’s Steakhouse in Beverly Hills.

But not this year.

Jen, Courteney, David and Coco jetted down to Los Cabos, Mexico over the weekend to celebrate the New Year and so did Jen’s on-again-off-again lovah, John Mayer.

Courteney Cox is returning to TV in a new show called Cougar Town, a sitcom from the creator of Scrubs

Cox will play a 40-year-old mother with a teenage son in the comedy scripted to show the "reality" of motherhood says Bill Lawrence, who produced the medical comedy.

He says, "Forty-year-old women on TV are so beautiful and perfect and wrinkle-free. People don't do the reality of it, and there is a real comedy area about a woman who is talking about Botox, about having sex with the lights on and how her body is changing."

On their second date in two nights, Jennifer Aniston celebrated John Mayer's 31st birthday with him on Wednesday night in LA.

After stopping by a party for her best friend Courteney Cox and her husband David Arquette as they celebrated the launch of David’s new clothing line, Propr, Aniston, 39, met up with John at the Grand Havana Room, a members-only restaurant and cigar club for a party that lasted into the wee hours.

What do you think she gave him as a present?

Welcome to the Sisterhood of the Traveling Chemical Peel.

But we’re not hating! The work works.

Demi Moore, who’ll be 46 in November, and Courteney Cox, 44, arrived hand-in-hand to last night’s Glamour Reel Moments event at LA’s Director’s Guild of America looking as fresh, taut and rejuvenated as high school sophomores. So much for Cox’s admission that she “hates Botox.”

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
