Russell Brand says he cannot wait to see the Jonas Brothers again after he was named the host of the MTV Video Music Awards for the second year in a row.

Brand caused controversy last year when he cracked jokes about the purity rings worn by the teenage band.

The British comic told Ryan Seacrest that he hoped the band would one day play at his wedding – which could even be to one of the brothers.

Marilyn Manson has moved on from ex-girlfriend Evan Rachel Wood and has set his sights on Lady Gaga.

Manson, 40, showed up at one of Lady GaGa's recent photo shoots and claimed he wants to be more than just friends with the star. Talking about the star's Paparazzi video, where she makes out with a guy, he said: "I want to be that guy." Then he added, “I'll give you (Gaga) a cervical exam."

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!
