Here is the legal promise by Michael Jackson's father Joe Jackson that he will not be raising the King of Pop's children.
Mr. Jackson says in the legal papers that he consents to wife Katherine being the guardian of "my grandchildren Michael Joseph Jackson Jr, Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson, and Prince Michael Jackson, II."
But he makes a legal promise that, while he will visit the kids, he will not be the one calling the shots.
Kelly Rutherford, aka Lily van der Woodsen-Bass, of CW's Gossip Girl welcomed a baby girl, Grace Rutherford Giersch, on Monday night.
Her estranged husband, Daniel Giersch, was reportedly invited to the hospital, but was a no-show.
Just when we gets our hopes up, Britney Spears reminds us, once again, that she’s a freakin’ trainwreck.
Last week, her custody drama with Kevin Federline finally came to an end as Britney’s visitation rights were restored giving her three days and two nights a week with the couple’s two boys. So how does she celebrate? She jets down to Cabo San Lucas with a group of friends, including longtime pal George Maloof, (the Maloof’s own the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and the Sacramento Kings).
Britney Spears and K-Fed were back in court today, where Brit was granted a change in her visitation schedule with the couple's sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
"There was a change in visitation status that was ordered by Commissioner Gordon this morning," Los Angeles Superior Court spokesperson Alan Parachini confirmed after the hearing.
(Sidenote: How hilarious is it that LA’s Commissioner is Commissioner Gordon?)
TMZ is reporting that sources inside the Britney/K-Fed custody case say Britney Spears scored a major victory in the custody hearing today.
She will now get three days supervised visitation a week, significantly more face time than she was allowed before, and will spend Mother's Day with her kids.
Brit is aiming to get back 50/50 custody by August.
Good for you, Britters. Now just keep the crazy in check and they might not get taken away again.
