Dane Cook’s half brother and former business manager Darryl McCauley, 43, who was arrested on December 30th, was charged with eight counts of larceny over $250 yesterday as well as forgery and larceny by continuous scheme.

Even though Dane was paying the guy, who is FAMILY, $12,500 a month; he was skimming big time.

Dane did not think that was funny.

Zac Efron is going to be honored as the ShoWest Breakthrough Performer of the Year at the annual cinema owners’ convention. The awards are handed out at the awards gala which ends the convention.

The Breakthrough Performer Award was previously presented to Dane Cook in 2007.

Ooooh. We can’t lie, that tarnishes the honor a scoch.

There’s no brotherly love here.

Dane Cook’s business manager/half-brother Darryl McCauley has been arrested and will be arraigned today on suspicion of embezzling millions of dollars from Cook.

Wait a second…

Dane Cook has raked in MILLIONS of dollars?

The kind of millions where someone could skim millions from the millions?

What is wrong with this picture?

“Before the downpour let me just say that my new movie, “My Best Friends Girl,” is the best / funniest film I've done yet. It's got a terrific cast. Kate Hudson, Alec Baldwin, Jason Biggs, and myself really kicked the funny around. This movie showcases our talents accordingly as it expands on them. It's a fun R-rated flick. An edgy comedy with a dash of romance.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
