Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter visited the Beverly Hills office of Arnold Klein on Tuesday.
It is the second time coroner's investigators have served Klein a subpoena, said Craig Harvey, the coroner's chief of operations.

Mays, 50, was flying back to Tampa on Saturday when the plane’s front tires blew out, and he suffered a bump on the head due to a rough landing. But he joked after the plane landed.
"All the things from the ceiling started dropping. It hit me on the head, but I got a hard head," Mays said.
