Metro Station's frontman Trace Cyrus has broken up with singer and actress Demi Lovato, 16.

The 20-year-old brother of Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus said: "Demi is one of my good friends and I definitely became very, very close with her in the past few months, and it's something I really wanted to make work. But unfortunately, we both have very busy schedules - we're both on tour right now.

This is a bit unsettling.

Demi Lovato (Camp Rock) and Trace Cyrus (Metro Station, Miley’s brother) are heating up the Disney rumor mill. Word on the street is that a romance may be developing between the 16-year-old singer/actress and the 20-year-old rock singer.

Granted, her birthday isn’t until November 23rd, but when you’re Hannah Montana you get to do whatever the hell you want.

Miley Cyrus kicked off her birthday celebration over a month early with a massive party at Disneyland. (Apparently, the early shindig was both to accommodate Miley’s schedule and to beat the annual holiday decorating at the theme park.)

Disneyland closed early for the 5,000 people who spent $250 each for a chance to take part in the “Miley's Sweet 16: Share the Celebration” party that lasted until 11pm. (So late on a school night?)

Disney’s got a new High School Musical.

After Camp Rock's big debut over the weekend, Disney Channel is already working on a sequel to the Jonas Brothers vehicle.

The network hopes to begin shooting the sequel in late spring or summer 2009, as soon as a script is finished, songs are written and the busy schedules of the principle cast (new Disney darlings The Jonas Brothers; Kevin, Joe and Nick, and Demi Lovato) can be arranged.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
