Sarah Jessica Parker’s nearly twelve year marriage to Matthew Broderick is coming un-done according to reports.

Broderick was allegedly caught cheating on her with a younger woman last year and the couple never recovered. Now SJP is looking for her own Manhattan apartment, which could be her first steps toward divorce.

Patricia Arquette has filed for divorce from her husband of just over two years, actor Thomas Jane.

Arquette, 40, cited irreconcilable differences, and is seeking sole legal and physical custody of their daughter Harlow, 5, although she’d also like visitation rights for Jane, 39.

The couple was married in May 2006 and had been dating since 2001, right after Patricia divorced Nicholas Cage following six years of marriage.

Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford, aka Lily van der Woodsen (love her), has filed for divorce from her husband of two years, Daniel Giersch.

Rutherford filed paperwork in LA County Court on December 30th, apparently she wanted to start the new year with a clean slate, citing irreconcilable differences.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are pulling a Madonna-Guy Ritchie.

The couple has been swamped with rumors they’re heading for a breakup despite welcoming twins Max and Esme ten months ago and renewing their wedding vows three months ago. Like Madge and Ritchie, who waited until she was kicking off a tour and he had a filming opening to maximize press, Marc and J-Lo are planning their split to coincide with Marc’s big concert at Madison Square Garden on February 14th.

After just 14 months of marriage, Kate Walsh was handed divorce papers by her husband, Alex Young, and now there’s talk that one of the main reasons for the marriage’s collapse was Kate’s growing closeness with David Sutcliffe, who plays her love interest on Private Practice, her Grey’s Anatomy spin-off.

Jodie Sweetin’s divorce is getting ugly!

The former Full House star is not allowed to see her 8-month-old daughter without supervision, according to a ruling handed down on Wednesday by an Orange County judge.

Sweetin’s estranged husband, Cody Herpin, accused Jodie of being an unfit mother and cited an alleged incident where Sweetin drove intoxicated with their baby in the car.

We knew those rumors about Guy Ritchie being willing to walk away from his marriage to Madonna without a massive payout had to be total garbage.

Kate Walsh’s husband Alex Young has filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences after just one year of marriage.

Everything about this couple has been short-lived. They barely dated before getting engaged in May of 2007 then got married just four months later and now it’s over.

The date of separation is listed as November 22nd, 2008, just before the Thanksgiving holiday. Damn, things got so bad he couldn’t eat a drumstick before calling it quits?

Dylan McDermott finalized his divorce from Shiva Rose, his wife of nearly 13 years, on Tuesday.

Dylan, 47, filed for divorce from Shiva, 39, last summer, citing irreconcilable differences but they had been separated since March 2007. The couple married in 1995.

Court papers didn’t reveal the custody status of the pair’s 12 and 3-year-old daughters but McDermott was seeking joint custody.

McDermott, who is known for playing an attorney on The Practice, acted as his own lawyer in the divorce.

CSI star Marg Helgenberger has separated from her husband of nearly 20 years, actor Alan Rosenberg.

“After 19 years of marriage, Marg and Alan have decided to take some time apart,” a statement reads. “They love and respect each other and remain committed to their family.”

The two actors have an 18-year-old son together.

We hate when great couples break up and both Alan and Marg are two of our favorites. (Did anyone else watch Civil Wars? We loved Rosenberg on that.)

We hope this is a break and not a break up. We’re pulling for you guys.
