Sometimes things make no sense and perfect sense at the same time, and with that, may we direct you to the friendship of Lindsay Lohan and Donatella Versace.

The internet has been buzzing because Lindsay basically is Donatella, give or take forty years, some plastic surgery, and an Italian accent. (And we've seen Lohan act, so it's best she stay away from accents.) Honestly, it sort of freaks us out.

We just returned from Largo at the Coronet where SNL darlings Maya Rudolph and Fred Armisen performed a show co-written and directed by Maya’s “life partner” and baby daddy, Paul Thomas Anderson (Magnolia, Boogie Nights, There Will be Blood).

Without question, before the show even started in a theater that only seats 280 people, packed with LA hipsters, indie stars and those-in-the-know, we totally felt like the coolest kid on our block.
