The Primetime Emmy Awards may not be given out until next weekend, but overachiever Tina Fey has already won herself one.

Fey was awarded the Best Guest Actress in a Comedy Series Emmy at last night's Creative Arts Primetime Emmys for her impersonation of Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live.

In her acceptance speech, Fey thanked SNL producer Lorne Michaels and her parents, "who are lifelong Republicans, for their patience."

Congratulations, Tina! And good luck next weekend.

After her divorce from filmmaker James Gunn last year, Jenna Fischer has a new “super cute boyfriend."

The Office star stepped out with new boyfriend, writer Lee Kirk, at Sunday's 60th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards.

“We met through mutual friends,” Fischer said. “We’ve actually known each other for a long time. He went to college with an old friend of mine.”

Golf claps for Jenna getting some brand spanking new lovin’. Yay her.

Taking a cue from the stock market, last night’s Emmy Awards were in constant, violent flux. The show opened with The Almighty O, Oprah, and then plummeted into the outer rings of hell when the reality hosts took the stage armed with ... nothing. Steve Carrell and Ricky Gervais managed to jolt the show back to life but then the Desperate Housewives took the stage and used their time to prove they’re the happiest cast on TV (Dana Delany kissing Marcia Crosses forehead was Manson-style overkill).

Last night, the Emmys celebrated their sixtieth anniversary with the least funny, most awkward award show opening in history. You know David Letterman was sitting on his Barcalounger thinking, “No one will ever be able to give me grief from the ‘Oprah-Uma’ gag ever again.”

Who knew that f---ing Matt Daman could be award winning?

Sarah Silverman, 37, took home two Creative Arts Emmys last night (best original music and lyrics and a picture-editing award) for her brilliant music video “I’m F------ Matt Damon”. The song, a birthday present to her then boyfriend of five years, Jimmy Kimmel, became a massive internet sensation after it aired on his late night talk show. The couple then split in July before the Emmy nominations were announced.

She may have been overlooked during nominations for the Primetime Emmys but Dancing with the Stars co-host Samantha Harris is ready to cheer for her co-host, Tom Bergeron. “I think Tom should win because he’s been in the game a lot longer,” Harris told radio deejay Sean Valentine during an interview Monday.

Jeremy won’t be alone for long; he and the boys of Entourage return to HBO for their fifth season on September 7th and we can’t wait. Then, on September 15th, Piven may be taking home his third Emmy in a row for his portrayal of Ari, the agent with a light saber tongue.

Lindsay Lohan has decided to pull a Katherine Heigl and remove herself from Emmy contention for her guest starring role on Ugly Betty because she believes it will increase her chances of winning next year, when she's scheduled to appear in five episodes as a down-on-luck high school pal of Betty's.

All we can say is…Hahahahahahahahaha!!!

As if she would win! That is hilarious!

Lindsay’s Guest Starring Day Rate: two red bulls, a fifth of vodka and a gram of yayo.
Lindsay’s publicist’s rate for announcing the story: $1,500

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
