We already know that you should be stupid if you're looking to date Gerard Butler, but apparently it also helps if you're insane.

Stop the presses. Breaking news. Jessica Simpson is not dating Gerard Butler. We repeat not dating.

Phew! We are so glad we cleared that one up.

F. Gary Gray is the Manny Pacquiao of filmmaking. Small and spry, just when you think you’ve got him figured out, he cold cocks you with a total knockout. The man who was able to make Mini Coopers bad ass in The Italian Job is back with Law Abiding Citizen, a thriller that is almost entirely contained yet stunningly visceral. With a nod to Silence of the Lambs, Gray continues his oeuvre of creating brilliantly winning yet decidedly corrupt heroes.

Law Abiding Citizen See It or Skip It

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Another day, another sad story about Jennifer Aniston's love life (or lack thereof).

Now that filming has concluded on her latest project, The Bounty, Aniston is reportedly worried that her summer fling with her co-star, Gerard Butler, will fizzle.

The Ugly Truth’s Gerard Butler was involved in an argument with an elderly couple after their dogs got in a fight.

Fred and Maria Varecka claim that Butler yelled at the couple's greyhound, Mayfly, when his nose touched that of his pug, Lolita. Then, he slammed the greyhound's head against a fence and screamed, "The dog should be put down!"

We're not buying it.

The Ugly Truth star Katherine Heigl said it was "really exhausting" filming a scene in her new movie where she had to fake an orgasm.

Yes, that sounds horrible. Terrible even.

Katherine, 30, stars in the new movie alongside Scottish hunk Gerard Butler, 39.

In one particular scene, Katherine has a When Harry Met Sally moment when her character has an orgasm after mistakenly wearing a pair of vibrating pants to dinner and the control ends up in the wrong hands.

Airheads of the world rejoice!

Gerard Butler, the star of The Ugly Truth, has shared some truth of his own: he's not interested in dating a smart woman.

“Sometimes along the way in my life I don’t want a smart woman, right now I want a dumb woman,” the infamous womanizer says.

Um, at least he's honest?

Perhaps there is no greater truth in life than this: Opposites attract. If you don’t believe me, just ask Paula Abdul. If you don’t believe her, Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler’s new film, The Ugly Truth, might set you straight.

The ugliest truth of all might be this: The Ugly Truth is terrible, a fact Katherine Heigl must have been aware of since she suddenly decided not to jump ship on Grey’s Anatomy after months of threatening to sail on to calmer movie star waters. This, however, is certainly not the film that’s going to make her A-list dreams come true.

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
