Where to start with Ms. Lohan today? This weekend she was leaving a friend's house in LA, and white powder started hemorrhaging from her shoes. Yes, that's right, and you see it perfectly in the picture.

Now what do we think that is?

She did take a tumble last week, and so it could very well be baby powder, but boy does she make it difficult to give her the benefit of the doubt. Apparently at one point it looked like smoke was coming out of her feet.

This past awards season's biggest story was whether or not Heath Ledger would win a posthumous Oscar for his role in The Dark Knight.

Well, if director Terry Gilliam has his way, that will be the story next year as well, except it will be for his film, The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus.

Despite the fact that there initially was concern that he film would never make theaters, the movie has been given a prime fall release date.

Quentin Tarantino is returning to Cannes, the film festival where his second movie, a film that changed cinema forever, Pulp Fiction, won the prestigious Palme d’Or in 1994.

Quentin’s new movie, Inglourious Basterds, about a group of Jewish-American soldiers on a covert mission to brutally terrorize Nazis during the French occupation, will be competing against Ang Lee’s Taking Woodstock, Looking for Eric, which was directed by Ken Loach, who won the Palme d’Or in 2006 for The Wind That Shook the Barley, and 17 other films.

Hollywood can be a treacherous place.

Just ask Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears or Heath Ledger.

And Miley Cyrus has bravely spoken up to say the industry makes it far too easy for underage stars to get their hands on illegal substances.

In an interview with Glamour magazine she says, “At one of my very first awards shows I ever did, there was a bottle of vodka in my gift bag. No one cared that they were giving this to a 12-year-old.”

Miley is very lucky to have such a strong, supportive family surrounding her.

Heath Ledger's Oscar-winning performance as the Joker in The Dark Knight may be the last opportunity for the actor's fans to see him on the big screen after all.

When Ledger died last year he was about a third of the way through filming Monty Python star Terry Gilliam's latest project, The Imaginarium Of Dr. Parnassus. Gilliam changed the script around so that Jude Law, Colin Farrell and Johnny Depp could finish the film in Ledger's role.

When Hugh Jackman took the stage at last night’s Oscars, we were skeptical. But Wolverine delivered!

Performing on the most beautiful Oscar stage we’ve ever seen, Hugh slipped into a low-budget song and dance number that was the best opening the Oscars have had since the Billy Crystal years.

The producer’s decision to “downsize” the show because of the recession ended up inspiring the most creative, funny, well-executed kick off the show has had in recent memory.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
