Hayden Panettiere is making her move to behind the camera.

The Heroes actress is set to be the co-executive producer of a new drama for the CW called HMS about a group of Harvard Medical School students (sidenote: what is with that channel's love of shows with three letter abbreviations, anyway?). The show's writer and other executive producer is Amy Holden Jones, who wrote Mystic Pizza.

Looks like celebrity wedding season has arrived in full force.

Obsessed star Ali Larter tied the know with fellow actor Hayes MacArthur yesterday at his parents' home in Kennebunkport, Maine.

The Heroes star and her man have been together for seven years.

Hopefully she didn't whine about how fat she looked in the dress the whole time.

Hayden Panettiere, Heroes star, showed up at The Late Show With David Letterman in what we think is supposed to be a dress.

The black lace is certainly sexy, but doesn’t leave too much to the imagination.

Panettiere was no doubt promoting her new flick, I Love You Beth Cooper, which opens on Friday.

Hey, I guess if you got it flaunt it, right?!

Season Four of Heroes begins filming next Monday and will feature two new characters: Prison Break’s Robert Knepper (uber-creepster T-Bag) and Madeline Zima (Californication).

Really? That’s the best you could come up with?

The show has been losing fans ever since its wacked-out second season, and with this announcement the ship known as Heroes has officially sunk to the bottom of the ocean.

Nothing like a little sun and fun on Memorial Day Weekend to help you forget all about your former boyfriend/current co-star.

Heroes star Hayden Panettiere, who split with ex-boyfriend Milo Ventimiglia earlier this year, was snapped yesterday enjoying a day on a yacht in Cannes with some friends, including James Blunt.

So, was this just a case of a few friends enjoying an afternoon on the water, or have Hayden and James officially boarded the Love Boat?

It is thanks to PR spin and a journalistic game of “Telephone” that Zachary Quinto landed the role of Spock in the new Star Trek movie.

When he’d just been cast on Heroes, he heard that J.J. Abrams was planning to boldly go…you know the rest. Quinto was giving an interview to his small local paper in his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and he mentioned how much he’d like to be involved. Little did he know, one off-hand comment ballooned into a full-on campaign for the role.

For Ali Larter, the Schwab’s soda fountain counter of the new millennium can be summed up in three little words: Whipped cream bikini.

In 1999’s Varsity Blues, when Larter stepped out in a ReddiWip surprise, festooned with cherries for James Van Der Beek’s edible enjoyment, a star was born.

This is why you should never mix business with pleasure.

Heroes’ costars Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia broke up last month but still have to see each other while working on the show, which, inexplicably, just got picked up for another season.

Not if Hayden has anything to say about it.

The 19-year-old mini-diva is campaigning to have her 31-year-old ex kicked off the show.

On a cigarette.

The 19-year-old was seen puffing on a cancer stick while wandering around Waikiki with a girlfriend.

The Heroes star is in Hawaii to celebrate the renovation and reopening of the historic Royal Hawaiian hotel.

Nothing says celebration like emphysema, cancer, wrinkles and blood clots.

Good call, Hayden.

Heroes has been renewed for another season.

But Life on Mars, Dirty Sexy Money and Pushing Daisies will never to be heard from again.

There is no justice in the world!

And especially none on ABC.

Heroes has been steadily losing audience interest and support since its super wack second season yet, somehow, it’s been picked up for a fourth season according to NBC president Angela Bromstad.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
