What's that noise? We believe it's the sound of men across America openly weeping.

Jaime Pressly, 32, star of the NBC show My Name is Earl, is officially off the market. Her fiance, entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, popped the question earlier this month.

Let's hope the second time's a charm for Jaime. She was previously engaged to DJ Eric Calvo, the father of their daughter, Dezi, from 2006 to 2008, before breaking things off.

Congratulations to the happy couple!

My Name is Earl star Jaime Pressly and her fiancé, DJ Eric Cubiche, have separated, according to the actress.

“We are taking a break from our relationship but we are together everyday with Dezi and still love each other very much,” Jaime said, referring to the couple’s 18-month-old son, Dezi James.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
