For the second time, People has named Johnny Depp as its Sexiest Man Alive. Last year they picked Hugh Jackman. Depp had won in 2003 too. (See the covers from now and then above.)

There's so much we love about this picture of Jake Gyllenhaal with Elmo, we sort of don't know where to begin.

He's just one of the many stars that are showing up at Sesame Street for the show's 40th (!) anniversary.

Cameron Diaz, Adam Sandler, Eva Longoria, Ricky Gervais, Paul Rudd, Hugh Jackman, Christina Applegate, and others are all scheduled to appear.  And of course, Michelle Obama already made her appearance earlier this season.

While Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal are officially the cutest real-life celebrity couple, Reese and Paul Rudd don't make a bad on-screen pairing.

Reese and Paul were snapped while filming their upcoming movie, How Do You Know?, in Washington, DC. This scene was the last one shot on location in the nation's capital.

We have one question: If this movie is supposed to be a comedy, why does Reese's character always looks so miserable?

The cutest couple in the universe just got even cuter.

Jake Gyllenhaal, 28, and Reese Witherspoon, 33, were snapped at the gym in Washington DC wearing matching shorts, t-shirts and baseball caps.

Witherspoon is in DC filming her new comedy How Do You Know? where she stars alongside Owen Wilson, Paul Rudd and Jack Nicholson.

The pair has been dating since April 2007.

Normally we would not approve of being so matchy-matchy, but in their case we will let it slide.

Reese Witherspoon, Avon's spokesmodel, will collaborate with the cosmetics line to create her own perfume, called "In Bloom."

There are a veritable Rat Pack of stars lining up to play Frank Sinatra in an upcoming biopic of the singer and actor.

Martin Scorsese is directing the film and is in need of an actor to play young Sinatra. The shortlist of actors being considered includes such Hollywood heavyweights such as Johnny Depp, James Franco, Jake Gyllenhaal, Justin Timberlake, Mark Wahlberg, Michael Bublé and Jon Hamm, and Leonardo DiCaprio.

In a bit of a surprise bit of casting new, Jamie Foxx is also apparently in the running.

At 4:30 last Saturday, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard exchanged vows inside the cloister of a convent called the Convento di Santa Maria di Costantinopoli, a luxury bed and breakfast in Brindisi, Italy.

The ceremony was attended by just 40 close friends and family members, including the bride’s brother, Jake Gyllenhaal, and his girlfriend, Reese Witherspoon, and was officiated by a family friend.

Last week we told you Maggie Gyllenhaal and her boyfriend of seven years, Peter Sarsgaard, were going to get married in May.

They didn’t waste any time.

The couple exchanged vows in a small chapel in Brindisi, Italy on Saturday, with Maggie’s brother Jake Gyllenhaal and his girlfriend, Reese Witherspoon, among the guests in attendance.

The couple has a two-year-old daughter, Ramona.

Congratulations on making it legal.
