Nicole Richie gave birth to her second baby today with daddy Joel Madden. Sparrow James Midnight Madden was born early this morning, weighing in at seven pounds, fourteen ounces.

"Nicole, Joel, Harlow and Sparrow are all doing well," the couple wrote on Richie's website today.

There’s no question which team Nicole Richie and the Madden Brothers are taking in the Ronson-Lohan breakup.

Yesterday, Benji Madden was spotted having coffee with Sam Ronson on Larchmont in LA before the two heading to the DCMA store which he and his brother Joel co-own.

In her US Weekly interview, Lindsay claims that Nicole Richie, Joel Madden’s baby mama, walked past her when she was denied access to the Ronson bash at the Chateau Marmont last Friday and said, “Uck.”

At yesterday’s press junket for 17 Again, Adam Shankman, who produced the film, announced the FunnyorDie clip he directed last week, yes, the one that features oodles of shirtless Zac-y Pooh, is set to premiere on the website Wednesday and will be shown before 17 Again when it hits theaters on April 17th.

Zac Efron has teamed up with his lady love Vanessa Hudgens, Nicole Richie, Joel Madden, his 17 Again costar Thomas Lennon, and his Hairspray costar Queen Latifah for a video for Will Ferrell’s website FunnyOrDie.com.

Zac’s Hairspray director Adam Shankman oversaw the video which was shot at Adam’s Hollywood Hills home on Tuesday and features quite a bit of ripped, shirtless Zac and his six pack.

So far all anyone knows is Lennon (who people might recognize from Reno 911) plays Zac-y Pooh’s Uncle Hank who crashes his A-list pool party.

Nicole Richie has managed to dodge the Lauren Conrad curse, maybe because she’s actually involved and making an effort, and is expanding her fashion endeavor, House of Harlow 1960, named after her 14-month-old daughter with baby daddy Joel Madden.

Her jewelry line sold out in an online pre-sale earlier this year, before items were even able to hit shelves.

Pregnancy was so nice they decided to do it twice.

Nicole Richie and her boyfriend Joel Madden have announced, via a post on Good Charlotte's website, that Nicole is pregnant again, less than a year after giving birth to their first daughter, Harlow Madden.

"I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family," Joel wrote. "Hope [you're] all feeling as good as I am right now."

On Saturday night we were enjoying a late dinner at The Village Idiot on Melrose when we looked across the street and saw an explosion of paparazzi flashbulbs. It was Nicole Richie arriving on the red carpet of her baby daddy Joel Madden’s store, DCMA, for the launch of the Madden’s new shoe line.

What’s hilarious is, Joel and Benji Madden had walked the press line minutes earlier and shutters barely went off. What side is your bread buttered on, boys?

We know it's been said before, but we still can't believe how amazingly healthy and functional Nicole has looked since settling down and giving birth to her daughter, Harlow, especially when compared with former BFF Paris Hilton.  

Gwen Stefani, Gavin Rossdale and Kate Beckinsale celebrated Kingston Rossdale’s 2nd birthday in Malibu on Monday. Gwen and Gavin’s son Kingston was given the full rock 'n’ roll treatment, including two parties (one yesterday, one today), ponies, cowboys and cowgirls. Celebrity guests at the first party included Joel Madden, his daughter Harlow, Victoria Beckham and her son Cruz, while Kate Beckinsale frolicked on the beach with her daughter and husband at the second party. 

Gwen and Gavin are expecting their second child later this summer.
