Vanessa Hudgens, 20, of High School Musical fame, is suing her former music producer, Johnny Vieira, for breach of contract.

Hudgens alleges false advertising and appropriation of her name and likeness in her lawsuit filed in LA County Superior Court. She alleges that Vieira, by using photographs of Hudgens on his company MySpace page, has violated the terms of a prior confidential agreement between the pair.

Vanessa Hudgens arrived at a Santa Monica office building yesterday for a mediation between her lawyers and former manager, Johnny Vieira.

Vanessa’s former manager, Johnny Vieira, is accusing her and her father of backing out of a deal made when she was a minor and is suing them for breach of contract to the tune of $5 million.

The mediation was not successful and it looks like the case will be moving to trial on May 11th.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
