Zac Efron sat down with Matt Lauer on the Today Show this morning, and of course, Kathie Lee decided to come out and make it ALL about her.

In case you missed it, Zac appeared in an SNL sketch this weekend where Kristen Wiig played a lushed-out Kathie Lee and Zac was her beloved, super peppy “singer” son, Cody.

You know Cody, the one she’s been constantly harping on for the last 19 years.

We know that movies about losing “it” will never go out of style, but we also doubt they’ll ever reach the nadir (or quality) they hit in the 80s.

Adventureland has many trappings integral to the genre; drugs, summer boredom, excessive drinking, hormonal youth thrust together in close proximity. But it can’t touch the quality of Say Anything/Superbad/Almost Famous no matter how much writer-director Greg Mottola wants it to.

If Carrie and Freddie Kruger had a love child, it would be SNL’s Kristen Wiig as she made her way through LAX today.

That hat ain’t gonna hide what’s goin’ on with your face, honey. It just draws attention. It makes people think, “Hmmm, why’s that lady wearing such a big silly hat. Let me get a look at her mug…OOOOOHHHHH NOOOOOOO!!!”
