After serving 20 months of a 40 month sentence, former Prison Break star Lane Garrison has been released from prison.
The actor was paroled and picked up at 3:50am Wednesday from the California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi, California. He will now go to a rehab facility as part of the terms of his parole.
Prison Break star Lane Garrison has been granted parole for good behavior.
And Jessica Simpson will be picking him up from prison.

Former Prison Break star Lane Garrison has reached a financial settlement with the family of the 17-year-old killed when Lane crashed his car in 2006.
Garrison pled guilty to vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence of alcohol after Vahagn Setian was killed and two 15-year-old girls were injured in the crash.
The actor has been serving a 40-month sentence since October 2007.
The amount of money paid out has not been disclosed according to TMZ, who first reported the settlement.

Lane Garrison, 28, the former Prison Break star serving 40 months behind bars after pleading guilty to a drunk driving charge that left a 17-year-old passenger dead, has been moved to a maximum security prison, so he can study behind bars.
The actor, who is eligible for parole in February 2009, was moved from Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego, California to the state's Corcoran prison.
